Who We Are

REBECCA HAIRSTON
CREATIVE DIRECTOR - PRODUCTION DESIGNER
LIGHTING DESIGNER - TOUR DIRECTOR
Rebecca brings an artist’s heart, a designer’s eye, and a steady hand to every project. Her background spans multidisciplinary lighting conventions and theories, leading and collaborative creative direction, and precise execution of tour management— and at HTP, she serves as the connective tissue between concept, logistics, and audience experience.

With a rooted knowledge of artistic psychology, art history, and audience energy– Rebecca designs shows that feel like full-bodied worlds: unique visual ecosystems where the Artist's story is translated into light, color, space, and time.
Her leadership style is intuitive, collaborative, with big-picture vision. Building trust among teams with clear communication and support, while ensuring morale by sprinkling in whimsy and levity– because touring should also be enjoyable.

BRYAN HAIRSTON
PRODUCTION MANAGER - LEAD AUDIO ENGINEER - PRODUCTION DESIGNER
LIGHTING DESIGNER - SYSTEMS DESIGNER
Bryan leads with a stable hand and a sharp ear. As a production manager, he keeps tours moving with clarity, calm, and respect — trusted by vendors, loved by crews, and deeply connected to the rhythm of life on the road. He brings structure without rigidity, sets the thermostat through presence, and creates a space where teams feel supported to do their best work.

On the audio side, Bryan mixes with surgical precision and impressionistic musicality. His front-of-house sound is clear, full, and dimensional — every instrument is balanced and cutting in the mix, every vocal lands with intention. Monitors are tailored, responsive, and artist-forward. Nothing is buried, nothing is harsh — just a mix that feels right, night after night.

As a designer and programmer, Bryan builds show environments that are cohesive, intentional, and speak from the artist’s voice. His lighting and production designs are never just aesthetic — they’re structural, energetic, and diliberate. Bryan works with efficiency and vision, ensuring every element works in harmony to serve the story.

Bryan is a natural leader, but never a one-man show. He thrives in collaboration— listening, adapting, and aligning with the creative and technical vision at hand. Whether he’s guiding a crew, mixing a show, designing a system or production– he brings consistency, thoughtfulness, and quiet excellence to everything he does.
